"Seriously, if you want to buy a car, go to Wilson. Â My family has bought 3 Ford trucks and 2 Ford Focuses from them over the past 12 years. Â They give amazing service, however if you want top notch, do anything for you, make you the best deal and never BS you service, buy from Dave Niskanen. Â This guy is the nicest car dealer you will ever meet. Â Seriously, he doesn't give you lines, try to wow you, or pressure you to buy now. Â He's amazing. "I bought my first car at Wilson Motors back in 1983 and they haven't changed a bit as they still are top notch for sales and service! The difference with this old school dealership is that the sales people listen and actually seem to care. The owners and managers I have dealt with are old school as as far as unique caring and wanting to make a difference to help out! I was told that their founder was still coming to work 6 days a week and was 101 years old!! That is so shocking, but may explain why they have old school type values and they don't go back and forth when I have bought cars. I would strongly recommend these people and make the drive to Corvallis if you want a solid dealership without all the games car salespeople like to play! "We've purchased all our vehicles from Wilson - since 1997. Each time has been a great experience from start to finish. In addition, we use their service department for everything from oil changes to major repairs. Everyone is so friendly! And they make it so easy to do business with them. I took my car in for an oil change and to find out why the check engine light was lit. I got a call from Scott in service telling me that there were major problems with the engine and he didn't want to charge me for the requested work before I knew what was going on with the engine. He took the time to explain everything they found and how much it would cost to fix. It was apparent that the repairs would be expensive so we opted to replace with a new car. Bob in sales was ready for us when we showed up late that afternoon. He gave us a car to test drive, listened to us when we returned and helped us use all the incentives available. "I found the car I had been looking for on the internet, late at night - and emailed right away. The next morning there was an email response! I called the dealership later that morning and was able to make arrangements. I needed to drive to the dealership (60 miles away, one way) pick up the car, drive it back to my mechanic, have them, not only fit me in, but go through the car, drive it back to the dealership, and take care of the final price and paper work, and then drive home, because it was New Years Eve Day! "I was searching for a new car for a couple weeks with a specific idea in mind. Having some bad dealership experience, I was hesitant to get out of my car at Wilson Motors for fear that I would be run through the meat grinder with high pressure sales. Ken Culley, a sales associate, had quietly approached me and asked what I was looking for. After I explained my specific wants in my next vehicle, he said that there wasn't really anything in the price range I was wanting. About to leave, I caught my eye on the 2014 Ford Focus ST. After inquiring about the vehicle, I found that it was a few thousand over what I had budgeted. It was quite surprising to me that he didn't feel the need to even sell me on the car, and I felt as if I had to be pushy to even get the test drive. I instantly fell in love with it. Unfortunately I was talked into buying a different car from a different [Honda] dealership which, after a week, I was ultimately unhappy with. The other dealership wasn't even interested in negotiating a buyback, and feeling utterly defeated, I returned to Wilson Motors to talk to Ken. I explained what happened and he wasn't upset, and wanted to do what he could to make things right for me. Ken, along with Todd Powell the sales manager, worked with me to get the best trade in on my barely used Honda and got me the best price ever on the 2014 Focus ST. I took a little bit of a hit swapping out a brand new car, but in the end, it could have been a lot worse and I couldn't have gotten a better deal from anywhere else.
