        Just cleaned up my dog Emma's truck. She was a big 135lb Great Pyrenees mix that traveled and hiked with me. This truck never failed us. I bought it new. It was the start of the 4 door truck craze. We were off to the Dodge dealer to see the new 4 door p/u's and saw my truck at the dealer down the street, So glad I stopped. I still haven't driven a Ram. Rebuilt transmisson 105k; replaced hoses and water pump 134k; current oil/fluid changes every 5k Replaced headliner 138k; everything else is original and still works…

        My Avalanche was extremely durable and reliable on the rugged back country roads. Cold Montana minus degree temps, she still fired right up. Despite the high miles it ran like a champ.…
